We are more than a nonprofit organization. We are a movement focused on showing up for youth every day and helping them realize their full potential.
Meet the Founder
T.E.A.M.S. was founded by Terrance "Tibb" Gentry and the concept came from years of real hands-on community evolvement, mentorship, coaching, and support for young people both on and off the field. Born and raised in San Francisco, Terrance has spent more than five years actively giving back to youth through coaching, transportation assistance, academic encouragement, leadership development, and mentorship programs.
Through his work with Mission High School, Presidio Middle School, Oakland Dynamites, and community outreach efforts, he became known as a positive and consistent role model for youth navigating difficult environments and life challenges.
